I attract dog lovers, and I’m fine with that. Michelle and Albert, who had their engagement session on one of the coldest days in Houston with their pups in tow, couldn’t bring their dogs with them to their wedding, but had their likeness on their cake toppers, which was fitting! The couple had their first look at the McGovern Centennial Gardens before their ceremony at the AD Bruce Religion Center on UH campus, and their reception downtown at the Nouveau Antique Art Bar.
The Art Bar is a (seasoned) photographer’s dream: eclectic lamps decorate all the surfaces of the inside, including the ceilings, and the ambient glow is just gorgeous. The shots of Michelle and Albert’s first dance are some of my favorites from the year.
